All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by the platform where you made the purchase. We do not process credit card information ourselves.

If you use the iOS (Apple App Store) version:

 

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the moment of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Prices shown in the app or App Store may vary by region.

 

If you use the Android (Google Play Store) version:

 

  • Payments are processed through your Google Play account.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel through Google Play.
  • Google Play may attempt to renew the subscription within 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Prices shown in the app or Play Store may vary by region.

 

We do not control and cannot modify any billing cycles or retry logic set by Apple or Google.

4.2 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

4.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • Only one trial may be available per user or per platform account.

  • Trial eligibility may differ between Apple and Google due to their policies.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google, depending on where you subscribed.

We do not receive your full financial details or payment method (credit card number, expiry date, etc.).

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Kalguroo offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions (“Kalguroo Premium”) available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Features, pricing, and available plans may vary depending on your region and the platform you use.

 

All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by the platform where you made the purchase. We do not process credit card information ourselves.

4.1 Payments and Billing

If you use the iOS (Apple App Store) version:

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the moment of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Prices shown in the app or App Store may vary by region.

 

If you use the Android (Google Play Store) version:

  • Payments are processed through your Google Play account.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel through Google Play.
  • Google Play may attempt to renew the subscription within 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Prices shown in the app or Play Store may vary by region.

 

We do not control and cannot modify any billing cycles or retry logic set by Apple or Google.

4.2 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

4.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • Only one trial may be available per user or per platform account.
  • After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
  • Trial eligibility may differ between Apple and Google due to their policies.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google, depending on where you subscribed.

4.5 Purchase & Subscription Data We Receive

We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple or Google, such as:

  • Purchase confirmation
  • Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)
  • Country and region
  • Product ID
  • Transaction timestamp

 

We do not receive your full financial details or payment method (credit card number, expiry date, etc.).

 

This information is used only to:

  • activate your Premium features
  • validate subscription status
  • provide support in case of account issues
  • detect fraud

5. Security of Your Personal Information

When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it using commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

 

Although we do our best to protect the personal information you provide, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

 

You are responsible for selecting strong passwords and maintaining the security of your account information within the bounds of our services.

6. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
